So you've ordered your coffee... what happens next?
We send all of our coffees via First Class Royal Mail delivery, so once your order has been shipped you should expect to arrive within 1-2 working days. On average, 93% of Royal Mail items that are posted via First Class will arrive the very the next day. However, this does mean on occasion your delivery may take longer.
If you've not received your order by the next working day, we do ask that you wait for at least 2 working days after your order has been shipped before contacting us, as there is a chance your delivery has been slightly delayed.
It's been 2 days and I'm still waiting... what now?
If you've still not received your delivery within 2 working days, please do get in touch. First, we ask that you verify your delivery address in your account, before getting in contact with one of our lovely Customer Champions online here or by calling us on 0203 095 3975.
If you have experienced multiple delivery issues, please contact us immediately to provide an alternative delivery address.
I can't find my order confirmation!
You can find all upcoming and pending orders on your Account page and any shipped orders can be found on your History page. Please note - if you cancel your subscription before your first order has been billed or shipped, this will cancel your order and you will not receive any deliveries.
