So you've ordered your coffee... what happens next?

Your coffee will be sent to you via Royal Mail, with Select Plan and Micro-Lot Plan coffee being sent using 1st Class, which you can expect to receive within 1-2 working days*. If your coffee hasn’t shown up within a few working days, you can submit a request and we’ll confirm your mailing address with you. If your delivery details are correct, we’ll make sure a replacement is popped in the post as soon as possible.

If you have a House Plan, then we will send your coffee using Royal Mail 2nd Class which would be expected within 3-5 working days.

Our packages are classed as large letters, so they will fit through 90% of letterboxes. If you have specific delivery requirements, please let us know before your first delivery is sent to avoid your order going missing.

*Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next day.

It's been 2 days and I'm still waiting... what now?

If you've still not received your Select or Micro-Lot delivery after 3 working days, please do get in touch. First, we ask that you verify your delivery address in your Account page, before getting in contact with one of our lovely Customer Champions online here or by calling us on 0203 095 3975.

If you have experienced multiple delivery issues, please contact us immediately to provide an alternative delivery address.

 

I can't find my order confirmation!

You can find all upcoming and pending orders on your Plans page and any shipped orders can be found on your History page. Please note - if you cancel your subscription before your first order has been billed or shipped, this will cancel your order and you will not receive any deliveries.
