I'm an existing pod customer, what happens next?

As an existing pod customer, we will keep you on Sertão Natural, which is our red coloured pod. This is the same as the pod you have always received but we have adjusted the grind size slightly which means you can use this for either long or short pour, so nothing will change unless you select to 'Choose another coffee' in your Plan summary window.

If I pick a specific pod variety, will I receive this one each time?

Yes, if you select a specific pod you will receive the same box the next time. If you decide it's time for a change, you can select 'Choose another coffee' and you'll continue to receive this new selection in future orders.

How do I get a different box each time?

At the moment, these settings are not available so you will have to change your coffee selection before each order is shipped. Alternatively, we suggest you go for our mixed box to get a variety of pods to try!

Is it always the same coffee in the pods?

The specific coffee inside each pod may vary throughout the year depending on availability. If we need to switch a coffee over, we'll match it with another coffee with similar taste characteristics and the same roast profile.
