How do I order pods?


I'm a new customer:

To order your first pack of Pact’s NespressoⓇ-compatible pods, click the ‘Sign up’ button on the homepage! Select pods when asked 'Would you like bags or pods?' and once signed up, pods will be with you soon!

I’m an existing customer:

Ordering pods through your existing account is easy to do. When you log into your account, you’ll see the words ‘New recurring order’ at the top of the page. Select ‘Pods’ and you’ll be on your way to trying our delicious coffee in pod-form! If you would like to swap your order from ground coffee to pods, you’ll need to create a pods recurring order before you cancel your ground coffee. To do this, click the ‘edit’ button on the coffee delivery you want to cancel and select ‘Delete forever’. Don’t worry, we’ll keep your addresses saved in the ‘Account’ section of your page just in case you want to re-add that order further down the track.
