How do I order Pact Pods?

I'm a new customer:

To order your first pack of Pact’s NespressoⓇ-compatible Pods, click the ‘Sign up’ button on the homepage!
Select pods when asked 'Would you like bags or pods?' and you'll be able to select which of our varieties of pods you'd like to receive!
We might want to add, you will get to choose which type of pods you want to receive once you have set the new order up. "You’ll receive the same type of coffee in each pod order, but you can change your order if you fancy mixing things up a bit and trying one of the other varieties! Just view your Plan and click ‘Choose another coffee’ to set your preference for a different type of coffee in future orders.

I’m an existing customer:

If you’re an existing customer and would like to give Pact Pods a try, you'll be able to amend your active Plan to switch over to pods... Click 'Change' and then under 'Coffee Details' hit 'Change' again - when asked 'How do you like to make your coffee?' choose Pods! Once you've updated your Plan, you'll see which variety of pods you'll be receiving - you'll have the option to 'Choose another coffee' to see the alternative varieties available, in case something else takes your fancy!

If you want to set up an additional Plan for pods, when you log into your account you’ll see ‘Add a new Coffee Plan’ at the top of the page. On the next page, select ‘Pods’ when asked 'How would you like to receive your coffee?' and you’ll be on your way to giving our pods a go!"To do this, click the ‘Edit’ button on the coffee delivery you want to cancel and select ‘Delete forever’. Don’t worry, we’ll keep your addresses saved in the ‘Account’ section of your page just in case you want to re-add that order further down the track.
