What is the difference between short and long pods?

There are two types of Pact Coffee Pods - long and short - with grind sizes and roast profiles specifically tailored to make a great cup.

Short pods are specifically designed for a more concentrated shot of coffee, while long pods are exactly the same pod size, but provide the perfect amount of coffee for a longer drink. NespressoⓇ machines have two buttons, one for a long pour and for a short pour, so use the respective pod for optimum results.

We’re currently working with our manufacturer to include labelling on the foil seals to help you tell them apart. We’re nearly there, but in the meantime, the pods stored in the light brown packaging are long pods, while the pods stored in the dark brown packaging are short.
