What happens if the coffee I’ve ordered runs out of stock before my order is due?

Since our coffee is carefully selected from independent farmers, supplies of specific beans can be limited. We can’t really predict how popular a coffee will be, so if it turns out to be a real crowd-pleaser, it can be snapped-up faster than we anticipate. That means our coffee menu is constantly changing and the coffee you’ll be sent will change, too.

When we do run out of a certain bean, we try to replace it with another that shares similar flavour notes and properties and we’ll do our best to let you know of any changes that have been made. However, the best way to keep track of your orders is to pop into your account every now and then to make sure the coffee you have ordered is still available. If not, you’re always welcome to choose another before your shipping date!
