When your next order rolls around, it’s a good idea to pop into your account and check if the coffee that’s ordered tickles your fancy. If not, it’s easy to change it, you just need to click the ‘Choose another coffee’ button at the bottom of your order.
You can also set your account so that you receive a different coffee each time. This setting (we call it ‘The Randomiser’) should ensure you never get the same coffee twice in a row. To activate this, click into 'Details' and then locate the 'Change Preferences' button. Where it says ‘Would you like us to recommend coffees based on your brew method?' make sure that ‘NO’ is selected and click on the green ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.
On a side note: currently, we don’t offer a feature that enables our customers to receive the exact same coffee each delivery. This is because our stock levels of coffee are varied and we replace them as each runs out. If this changes, we’ll be sure to let you know!
