The voucher I have isn’t recognised, why?

There could be a couple of reasons why this is happening. First, we recommend you check if you’ve used the number ‘0’ instead of the letter ‘O’, or if you have accidentally entered a space anywhere between the figures. If in doubt, you can always copy and paste the voucher code into the ‘redeem a voucher’ section of your account instead of typing it all out!

Just to let you know, some Pact voucher codes have an expiry date and/or are only eligible for certain customers. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions of the voucher before you attempt to add it to your account to avoid disappointment.
