I’ve followed your advice and I’m still having trouble, can I get a refund?

If you have taken all the necessary steps to troubleshoot your pods but continue to run into problems, we’d be more than happy to credit or refund your account as deemed necessary. If you find that only a small percentage of pods are failing, a credit or refund of 38p will be applied per pod.

Pact values the importance of feedback and we love our customers to get involved in everything we do. Therefore, those who go above and beyond to provide detailed feedback on the pods will receive an additional reward - just our way of saying ‘thanks, mate!’.
