How do I cancel my account?


If you're thinking about cancelling because you have too much coffee, don't forget you can skip orders, pause your account and change the frequency of your recurring orders. You can do all of this and more via your Orders page.

To cancel your account, simply log into your account, select 'Details' against a recurring order, and then select 'Delete order'. To completely cancel your account, you will just need to make sure you've deleted all of your active orders. 

If you’d like to return, just log back into your account and click the ‘Add a new recurring order’ button to get started!

Finally, you may be interested to know that single bags of delicious Pact Coffee are now sold on - perfect if you'd prefer not to have a running subscription.
