It says "something went wrong with my order" on my Account Page, what’s happened?

This happens from time to time if a coffee you have ordered has run out stock before your order date rolls around. Basically, our system doesn’t want to send you an empty coffee bag, so it stops the order completely instead!

If this happens to you, shoot our Customer Champions through a request, or call them on 020 3095 3975 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and they’ll make sure another coffee is sent to you as soon as possible.
