How do I switch from caffeinated to decaffeinated coffee on my Plan?


In order to ensure you receive our decaffeinated coffee going forward, you just need to hit the 'Change' option beside your active plan and under 'Coffee details' select Decaf when asked 'Would you prefer regular or decaf?'

Currently we only offer decaffeinated coffee via our Filter option on the Select Plan - we'll be looking to expand our decaf options in the near future!
