How do I brew them?

Follow

We recommend using about 2 - 3 grams of tea per cup, which is roughly one teaspoonful of loose tea. Place the loose tea in a strainer or infuser of your choice and get your water boiling! Here are our recommendations for how hot the water should be, to ensure that your tea isn’t scalded, and has that delicious smooth taste:

Orange Blossom Green (green tea) - 80 degrees Celcius - water that is off-the-boil and left to rest for 30 seconds - brew for 3 minutes
White Peach Blossom (white tea) - 85 degrees Celcius - water that is off-the-boil and left to rest for about 15 - 20 seconds - brew for 4 minutes
Hibiscus Berry, Peppermint Rooibos, Ginger and Lime Rooibos (herbal) - 95 degrees Celcius - water that has freshly boiled - brew for up to 5 minutes

After the recommended brew time is up, or it is strong enough to taste, simply remove the tea leaves and enjoy your brew!

Green tea and white tea leaves can be retained, and brewed up to 3 times total - just let the leaves steep for a few minutes longer on the re-brews.
