Can I change my details after placing my first coffee subscription order?

We’re so excited you’re setting up a coffee subscription, welcome aboard!

Before checking out and placing your first order, please double-check that all your details (especially your delivery address!) are correct. We process first orders straight away so you can get your coffee as soon as possible – but that also means we’re unable to cancel or make any changes once it’s been placed.

After your first order is processed, you’ll be able to update your delivery address and other order details anytime in your account, right up until midnight the day before your order ships. Or you can reach out to our friendly team and we’ll be happy to help.

A note for Apple Pay users:
We know Apple Pay makes checkout super speedy, but it can sometimes auto-fill details like your delivery address. Please make sure everything looks right before confirming, once that first order’s on its way, we won’t be able to make changes until it’s processed.
