How will you charge me for this order?


If you’re an existing customer, any orders you have will be billed for on the same day they are due to ship. If we've been unable to charge you for whatever reason, we'll hold off on sending your coffee out until your card has been charged.

If you're purchasing one-off bags of coffee or boxes of pods, we'll charge you as soon as you submit the order and we'll ship your coffee out ASAP!

If you’re new to Pact, you’ll simply be asked to create an account and add your billing and shipping details. Once that’s all saved we can bill any future orders from that same account, so you’ll never need to reach for your bank card again!
