How do I switch from bean or ground coffee to pods?

If you’re an existing customer and would like to give Pact Pods a try, you'll be able to amend your active Plan to switch over to pods...

When you log into your account on a PC, you’ll see on the left hand side on your account > Your Coffee Plans > Amend (the little pencil!) > Type > Change > choose Pods.

If you're on your phone, once logged in, you can make these changes by clicking on the 'person' symbol in the top right hand corner. You'll find below the symbol Your Account > Your Coffee Plans > Amend (the little pencil!) > Type > Change > choose Pods.

Once you've updated your Plan, you'll see which variety of pods you'll be receiving - you'll have the option to 'Choose another coffee' to see the alternative varieties available, in case something else takes your fancy!

If you want to set up an additional Plan for pods, when you log into your account you’ll see ‘Add a new Coffee Plan’ at the top of Your Coffee Plans. On the next page, select ‘Pods’ when asked 'What sort of coffee do you drink?' and you’ll be on your way to giving our pods a go!
