How do I switch from bean or ground coffee to pods?


If you’re an existing customer and would like to give Pact Pods a try, you'll be able to amend your active Plan to switch over to pods... Click 'Change' and then under 'Coffee Details' hit 'Change' again - when asked 'How do you like to make your coffee?' choose Pods! Once you've updated your Plan, you'll see which variety of pods you'll be receiving - you'll have the option to 'Choose another coffee' to see the alternative varieties available, in case something else takes your fancy!

If you want to set up an additional Plan for pods, when you log into your account you’ll see ‘Set up a new Coffee Plan’ at the top of the page. On the next page, select ‘Pods’ when asked 'How would you like to receive your coffee?' and you’ll be on your way to giving our pods a go!
