How do I change my personal details?


If you find that your personal details have changed since signing up with Pact, it’s best to update your details through your Account to avoid your delivery going missing.

To change your personal information, including your email address, password or, telephone number - Once logged into your account click on your name in the top right corner of the page and select ‘Account / Billing details' make sure to finish with update for the changes to be applied!
