These pods aren’t for me, how can I return them to you?

Please contact our Customer Champions team at ahoy@pactcoffee.com in the first instance - we will try and help to troubleshoot any issues and look into this for you!

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on opened sleeves of pods, so please check that your coffee choice is correct when placing your order, and that you do have a machine that is compatible with Nespresso pods that isn’t listed in our compatibility FAQ. For any order issues please call us as soon as possible on 0203 095 3975 where we’ll be able to lend a hand!
