What delivery service do you use?


Your coffee will be sent to you via Royal Mail, with Select Plan and Micro-Lot Plan coffee being sent using 1st Class, which would be expected within 1-2 working days*. If your coffee hasn’t shown up within a few working days, you can submit a request and we’ll confirm your mailing address with you. If your delivery details are correct, we’ll make sure a replacement is popped in the post as soon as possible.

If you have a House Plan, then we will send your coffee using Royal Mail 2nd Class which would be expected within 3-5 working days.

Our packages are classed as large letters, so they will fit through 90% of letterboxes. If you have specific delivery requirements, please let us know before your first delivery is sent to avoid your order going missing.

*Royal Mail aims to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next day. We'd also like to make you aware that, due to postal disruption caused by Covid-19, you may find some delays with Royal Mail and your coffee taking a few extra days to arrive. We’re asking that you wait 5 working days after your order has been shipped before contacting us about its whereabouts.
