Why isn’t my email and/or password being recognised?


If the login page is struggling to recognise your details, we recommend that you turn off the auto-fill on your browser and retype your details completely within the rows.

If it’s still not letting you log in - and you get an ‘invalid email address’ message - it’s possible your email address was entered incorrectly when you first signed up. Not to worry, get in contact with our Customer Champions by submitting a request and they’ll check your details in our system.
