Why isn't my order the same coffee as my last order?


At Pact, we source our coffee from hundreds of small-scale family-owned farms across the world. This means that each lot of coffee that we get in from our farmers is fairly small, and as our coffees sell out and we add new ones to the menu, our range changes throughout the year. Our range stays similar in terms of the flavour notes and roasts available.

Your Plan is set up by default to send you a different coffee each time, so that you can enjoy a range of our coffees within your preferences, as well as taste what these talented farmers have to offer. So that you're in the loop about what we're sending, we'll always tell you the name of the coffee we're sending in your notification email with the subject line 'Your next order is shipping on...' - this way you're in full control, and can change your next order with the 'choose another coffee' button to select something in particular for your order. However, if you would like us to send you the same or very similar coffee in all your deliveries going forward, we can set this up for you! Simply get in touch with the Customer Champions team at ahoy@pactcoffee.com to let us know you’d like to receive the same coffee each time.
