How do I get the same coffee each time?


At the moment, the settings are such that we won't send the same coffee twice in a row. Usually, because the coffee menu is always changing and depending on your frequency, you shouldn't expect to receive the same coffee within a couple of months. The exception to this is Planalto and Fruit and Nut Espresso, these two are constant fixtures of our menu and it's possible to receive either of these everytime if you'd like to.

Just drop us an email to and our Customer Champions will be happy put you on our 'Same' setting so you'll only be selected Planalto or Fruit and Nut Espresso every single time to ensure you get the coffee you love hassle free.
