Hopefully you’re doing well, and enjoying a cup or two (or three, or four…) of fresh coffee, to get you through - whether you’re staying home, or out in your role as a key worker.
While half our team is working from home, the other half are keeping the roastery going - quality-checking, roasting, grinding, packing and shipping coffee to homes across the UK. Business as usual, for us!
As always, once your coffee is with our delivery partners, it’s up to them to get it safely to your door. They’re working as hard as they can to keep their service running smoothly, but the current situation means Royal Mail are experiencing some delays.
Our Customer Champions are here for you, ready to answer any questions you have - whether it’s about your order, or you need some brewing tips. But so we can keep helping everyone, we’re asking that you wait 5 working days after your order has been shipped before contacting us about its whereabouts.
We know it’s frustrating waiting for your coffee to arrive, but that way we can help you more quickly if your order actually has gone missing - rather than just experiencing the delays that companies have been seeing nationwide.
