How can I change the coffee on my upcoming order?

So that we can ensure you receive a coffee you'll love each time, we'll send you an email 48 hours before it ships. You can always 'choose another coffee' if you don't fancy what we've selected for you. If you want to change your upcoming coffee:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. You’ll be taken to ‘upcoming orders’ and if you scroll down, you’ll see the coffee that's been pre-selected for you.
  3. Hit ‘change’, make your selection, and then hit ‘confirm’ to finalise your choice.

You can make changes to your next delivery up until the day before your coffee is prepared. Once your order is billed, we cannot make any further changes.

 

For first-time orders

If it's your first order with us, we'll send you a customer favourite that we know you'll enjoy. But, if you want to change it, you can get in touch with us here and we'll help you choose another coffee.
