Rating your coffees

We want you to enjoy every bag of coffee you receive from us.

That’s why we created the ‘rate coffees’ feature, which allows you to score every cup you sip! This helps us get to know your personal tastes better, so we can send you more of the coffees we think you’ll love.

How to rate your coffees:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click ‘rate coffees’ on the side menu.
3. Find the coffee you would like to rate and click on ‘rate coffee’.
4. Choose your star rating.
5. Select if you would like to receive that coffee again and click ‘confirm’.
6. You can always change your ratings by clicking on the ‘edit’ option at the bottom of the card.
