How to redeem a gift voucher as an existing customer
If you already have a Pact account, please login to your account and go to 'Account details'. From here you can click on 'Account credit', input your gift voucher code and click 'Apply'.
You can then see the credit total on your account by going to 'Your coffee Plans'.
How to redeem a gift voucher as a new customer
If you’re new to Pact, simply select “Create a Coffee Plan” at the top of our website and go through all the steps. Once you get to checkout, enter your unique gift voucher code in the Billing section before completing your order.
NB: Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on Pact Coffee Plans, not one-off coffee or Pact Shop orders. Gift vouchers and any unused gift voucher balances expire 12 months from the date of issue. Gift vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded once activated, and balances can't be refunded for cash value.
