How Do I Cancel My Plan?

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to cancel – but it’s really simple to do this:

1. Log into your account and select “Your Coffee Plans”.
2. Tap Edit Plan (the little pencil!)
3. Click 'Permanently Cancel Plan' at the bottom.

Why not pause instead?

You can permanently pause your Plan, which will save all your preferences until you’re ready to start receiving deliveries again. Alternatively, you can reschedule your Plan to be less frequent, or skip a delivery if you need a longer break before the next one. All this can be managed on the “Your Coffee Plans” page in your Account area.
