How do I change the coffee on my Plan?

When your next order rolls around, you can check if the coffee that’s been ordered tickles your fancy. If not, you can easily select a different one:


  1. Log into your account.
  2. On the 'upcoming orders' section, find the coffee you would like to change.
  3. Click on 'change' under the coffee name.
  4. Select a different coffee from the list and click ‘confirm’.


You won't be able to change your coffee once the clock strikes midnight on the day your order's due to be processed by our Roastery team, so we will always send you an email 48 hours before your order is due to be shipped so that you can always 'choose another coffee' if you don't fancy what we've selected for you.
