To ensure your coffee arrives without interruption, you can update your payment method anytime in your account.
How to update your card:
Log in and select ‘Account Details’ from the side menu.
Choose ‘Billing Details’ to add or update your card.
Restarting a declined order
If a delivery was paused due to a payment issue, you can get it back on track immediately after updating your card.
Just head to your account area and select ‘Send it ASAP’ for us to get it in the next post.
So your coffee arrives at its freshest, any orders confirmed before 1PM (Monday-Friday) will be charged, roasted, and dispatched that same day.
Orders placed after then will be sent the next day.
