Need to update your card details?
- Log into your Pact account.
- Using the side menu next to ‘upcoming orders’ head to 'your plans'.
- Next, choose ‘account details’ from the menu on the left.
- Choose ‘billing details’ and update your card from this page.
If your card was declined and you've updated your payment details, log in to check your ‘upcoming orders.’ If today’s date isn’t showing, select ‘send it ASAP’. We’ll charge your card at 1 PM and ship your coffee the same day (Monday to Friday).
