Whether you’ve been gifted a voucher or have a promotional code, applying it to your account is straightforward.
For new subscriptions:
- Set up your subscription and head to the checkout.
- Enter your code in the voucher code box. Please note that codes are case-sensitive, so enter it exactly as it appears.
- Your credit or discount will be applied immediately.
Applying credit to an existing account:
- Log in and navigate to ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS’ in the side menu.
- Select ‘Account Credit’.
- Enter your code and click ‘Apply’.
To remain fair, we only allow one offer to be redeemed at a time.
Please be aware that voucher codes can be used only for coffee subscriptions, not equipment purchases in our shop.
