Whether you’re joining us for the first time or are already brewing Pact coffee, applying your gift voucher is effortless.
If you’re new to Pact:
Start by selecting ‘SUBSCRIBE & SAVE’ at the top of our site. We’ll guide you through finding your preferred roast and brew method.
When you reach the checkout, simply enter your unique code to apply your discount.
If you’re an existing customer:
Log in to your account, choose ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS’, then select ‘Account Credit’.
Enter your code and click ‘APPLY’ – your credit will be ready and used against your next subscription order. You can track your balance anytime under ‘Account Credit’.

Match your plan to your gift
Our coffee is curated into three different menus (House, Select, and Micro-lot). Just check that your chosen menu matches your voucher.
Voucher use
Please note that gift vouchers are designed specifically for our coffee subscriptions rather than one-off store purchases.
Expiry
Your voucher remains valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Once they're activated, they cannot be cancelled, and they have no cash value.
