How is your decaf coffee processed?

We put a lot of effort into our decaf coffee to ensure it's every bit as delicious as its caffeinated siblings. It’s 99.9% decaf but 100% just as fresh and high-quality – unlike many decafs that start with old, past-crop beans.

Our green coffee beans are decaffeinated at origin to lock in freshness. We use the sugar cane ethyl acetate method – a process that uses a naturally occurring ingredient from sugarcane to gently remove caffeine while preserving flavour.
