To ensure your coffee arrives at its peak, we process your first order immediately after you check out. Because this happens quickly, we aren't able to change or cancel an order once it's been placed.
Please take a moment to double-check your delivery details. If you use Apple Pay, it’s worth a quick look to ensure this hasn't been auto-filled with an old address.
Managing your future deliveries
Once your first order is on its way, you have total control. You can update your address, skip a delivery, or change your coffee selection in your account settings at any time. Just make sure this is the day before we're set to roast your next order.
