If you have enough coffee to last a while, you can pause your plan to ensure every cup you brew is as fresh as possible.
How to pause your deliveries:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the account icon in the top right of the screen.
- Once you're in your account area, select 'MANAGE' by your plan.
- Scroll down and select 'PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION'.
We’ll send an email to confirm your deliveries have stopped. Your preferences and history will remain exactly where you left them.
When you’re ready to return:
Just repeat the steps above, but this time select 'UNPAUSE SUBSCRIPTION'.
To bring you your next coffee at its freshest, if you unpause before 1PM (Monday to Friday), our roastery team will roast and dispatch your order that same day.
If you restart after 1PM, your coffee will be on its way the next working day.
