Amending your delivery dates couldn’t be easier:
- Log in to your account.
- Find the order you would like to reschedule in the ‘upcoming orders’ section.
From here, you can:
- select a specific date by clicking 'reschedule',
- have your coffee sent right away by selecting 'send it ASAP', or
- push your delivery date by a week with 'delay 7 days'.
If you need your deliveries to be more or less frequent, you can change your delivery frequency by following these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to ‘your plans’.
- Find the plan you would like to edit.
- Find the ‘frequency’ option and click ‘change’.
- Use the slider to choose a different delivery frequency and click ‘confirm’.
Note: you can schedule your order up to 60 days prior to delivery.
