How can I reschedule my upcoming coffee order?

We want your coffee to arrive exactly when you’re ready for it. 

So, whether you're not quite ready or need a fresh bag sooner, you have total control over your delivery dates.

To reschedule a delivery:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select 'MANAGE' in your plan area.
  3. Select your preference:
    • Reschedule: choose a specific date that suits you (up to 60 days in advance).
    • Send it ASAP: if you’re running low, we’ll roast and send your coffee with the next shipment.
