How can I reschedule my upcoming coffee order?

Amending your delivery dates couldn’t be easier. Just:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Find the order you would like to reschedule in the ‘Upcoming Orders’ section

From here you can select a specific date by clicking 'reschedule', have your coffee sent right away by selecting 'send it ASAP' or push your delivery date by a week with 'delay 7 days'.

If you need your deliveries to be more or less frequent, you can change your delivery frequency by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to ‘Your Plans’
  3. Find the plan you would like to edit
  4. Find the ‘frequency’ option and click ‘change’
  5. Use the slider to choose a different delivery frequency and click ‘confirm’
