We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible. Once your order leaves the roastery, you’ll receive a separate email from Royal Mail with full tracking visibility.
Same-day shipping
If you place your order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, we'll roast, pack, and dispatch it the very same day.
If your delivery is delayed
While Royal Mail delivers the vast majority of our parcels the following day, occasionally, there are delays beyond our control.
If your coffee hasn't arrived, we ask that you wait five working days before requesting a replacement. This helps us avoid the unnecessary wastage of coffee and energy that comes with duplicate shipments, ensuring we act responsibly and sustainably.
