Can I cancel my store order once it's been placed?

Our team moves quickly to ship your coffee the same day as it's roasted. So we can’t always catch an order before it’s processed. 

If you’ve had a change of heart, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to stop the shipment.

What can be returned? 

Because Pact coffee is roasted to order, we can’t accept returns once it’s left the roastery. 

But for all other items, including equipment and pods, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to change your mind.

How to return equipment or pods:

Notify us: Let our team know within 14 days of receiving your order.

Send it back: You then have 14 days to return the unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Receive your refund: Once we receive the items, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.

Please note: We don’t refund return postage fees, and our customer support team is here to help from Monday to Friday.
