Our service providers are Royal Mail and Hermes. We use Royal Mail for single coffee bag orders (store and plan) and Hermes for everything else. This means, even if you order two bags of coffee, or a bag of coffee plus filters, your order will be generated through Hermes.
Your coffee will always be dispatched by First Class delivery. In a hurry? For next day delivery, make sure you place your order before 1pm and we’ll dispatch it the same day.
What if your delivery hasn’t arrived?
Due to ongoing postal disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive. If it doesn’t arrive within this time, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and our team of Customer Champions will be happy to resolve this for you.
